At Royce Robe, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we follow a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.
1. No Refunds
Goods once sold will not be taken back, and refunds will not be issued.
We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or dislike of the product.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
If the wrong product was shipped.
If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.
3. Refund Process
To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Provide order details and clear images of the defective/wrong item.
Once approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 3-5 business days.
4. Important Terms
No Guarantee – We do not guarantee shrinkage, peeling, or color fastness of cotton and natural fabrics.
Exchange Only – We offer exchange within 7 days of purchase with tags intact.
Shipping Charges – Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the issue is from our end.
