At Royce Robe, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, we follow a strict no-refund policy, except in cases of defective or incorrect products.

1. No Refunds

Goods once sold will not be taken back, and refunds will not be issued.
✔ We do not offer refunds for change of mind, size issues, or dislike of the product.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following cases:
✔ If the wrong product was shipped.
✔ If the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

3. Refund Process

✔ To request a refund, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order.
✔ Provide order details and clear images of the defective/wrong item.
✔ Once approved, we will initiate a refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

4. Important Terms

No Guarantee – We do not guarantee shrinkage, peeling, or color fastness of cotton and natural fabrics.
Exchange Only – We offer exchange within 7 days of purchase with tags intact.
Shipping Charges – Refunds do not include shipping fees unless the issue is from our end.
